Pay Pal and Abandoned orders

Hello fellow Merchants, 2 ordersd in the last 2 weeks have gone misssing ??? I get the Paypal notification but no invoice from the back office ???
I believe the problem is when the customer doesn't return to the original site.
In 4.0 software I would just look under the Orders Tab and check Abandonded.
In 5.0 Pro software there is no Abandonded, thus some orders are slipping through the cracks.
Anyone else have this issue ???
SOL is looking at this right now... One order was from JA\an 6th
So 2 weeks no response... typical...but with time sensistive products
I am giving refunds instead of making profit....

Any suggestions or solutions

In 5.0 they consider incomplete as abandoned. Under orders select incomplete from the status drop down menu and then click on display. You can probably set it up to notify you if you get an incomplete order but I haven't looked into that.
