I am currently considering ideas (products) for my 6th license/store and I am curious how many stores a person can operate with a single ECI account. To have more than 6 sites, I would need to purchase more licenses, but will I need another ECI account? Does anyone have any experience with using ECI and having more than 6 licenses?
When I signed up with SOL, they said all 6 of my licenses would be covered by ECI, but what about if I add more licenses? I have heard two points of view about this subject. The first view was you are limited by the number of stores/licenses, but the other view was you are limited by the average sale amount of a store/license. By that I mean if you told ECI your average sale was $50, then you can have as many stores as you want under a single ECI account, but the average sale for each store has to be $50. If you have a single store that averages $100 per sale, ECI won't allow it.
So I guess I am actually asking two things here. First, does anyone have knowledge of being able to use a single ECI account for more than 6 licenses? Second, is your ECI account limited by the number of licenses or by the average sale?
Thanks
