I am having a lot of problems with people unable to complete paypal.

My store is UK based and we paid for credit card processor with SOL but it was not very useful in UK - luckly SOL refunded me the £800 for this.

I added paypal to my store and all seemed ok now I am getting more orders 85 last month I am also getting an increasing number abandoned several have phoned me or email to say they can not get pay pal to work.

I want to add something called nochex as a payment processor, I know i did this when i first set up my store then change to paypal as nochex is UK only. Now can't work out how I did it.

Sorry about the ramble but can any one tell me how to add a processor that is not on the drop down box or how to insert this code on to my checkout page without getting an insecure warning coming up.

Thanks from a desperate Caroline (seeing all those lost orders is painful)

Caroline, I believe you have to get SOL to add the processor, and it may or may not cost to add it. Depends who you get when you call. More than likely it will cost, as it will have to be done in the programming department.

Thanks

I know I added it before and it worked, but can't work out how

I guess will pay as nochex is much cheaper than paypal and much easier to use, and anything is better than 2 hours on with sol customer help

Caroline,

I think there used to be a second box there before they added pay pal that you could edit, but I dont believe you can edit it any longer. I could be wrong.
