for CANADIAN members; I reopened my account at firepay and deposited a small amount to check it out as they asked me to do. When I was talking to them on the phone while making the deposiit on line, they said that they are not associated with optimal payments and only deal with bank acccounts.
In the emial I got from Optimal before it says [quote]once you have begun processisng credit cards you can access statements at www.admin.firepay.com.[quote]
so could someone please explain the relationship between OPTIMAL AND FIREPAY. they say they don't deal with OPTIMAL and yet there is that email.
