Hi everybody,
Is it not possible to work on 2 sites at the same time? I used to be able to sign on my 2 sites, and do work on both. For the past few days (weeks?) I noticed that if I go back to teh SOL site to sign on, it brings up the site that I am working on. And I am not even able to sign off and go to my other site right away.
In fact, I have the same problem with the ECI site sign-on.
Help?

Hi Sania
Ok, Lesson one on the new signin. Open another window whilst you are in storebuilder by right clicking and open new window. Then click the logging out link and when it take you out there will be a link to sign in again, click on it and change the Licence Number to the new site you want to sign into. Easy once your've done it a few times.

I have not been able to have more than one open at the same time no matter how I've done it now. And last night, even though I signed off - and came in on a new window - it re-opened the store I HAD been in and logged off from - 5 or 6 times. Only way I could get out of that store was to reboot my computer.
Took me over 1/2 an hour just to publish 2 of my three stores after Geoff had noticed I had an old link on some stores. Why the old link? Because publishing didn't work at all the night I made the changes. And that was before last Friday's snafu with the update.

Thanks, Christine, it did work for me, opening 2 windows, but Beth, I know how you feel. This is the case for me with my 2 accounts with ECI, how annoying! And I have a feeling this will be the case with the new sign on with SOL. Anybody know why it changed?

The new signing in with PW's etc is to set your PC for accessing the SoL sites. Opening additional pages once you are in is possible it just feels different until you get used to it.

Again, Christine, it not only doesn't work on my computer, but logging OUT of the new one - doesn't log me out 1/2 the time. They verified this with me and said it must be another "glitch" -

Same thing is happening to me Beth. I have only half the hair today that I had yesterday! :?

I love the fact it is not me pulling my hair for a change, oooops  don't mean to laugh but I feel SoL throws these at us to keep us humble.

Well, I don't think SOL should do this at all. It is frustrating, and slowing us up in doing what we need to get done! ARGH!!!!!

ehem, with all due respect, SOL is the wrong company to keep anybody - let alone "humble".
I only can be humble, when I see any form of effort - sometimes called "care"

I agree with you Matt. I can be humbled by care, love, and beauty, but not fear or frustration. That just makes me angry and causes me to dig in and regroup.
