Don't apologize, you have been very helpful to me.
I have another a silly question. When someone links back and the compliancy scan is successful, does one have to regenerate the link page?
Silly question #2:( I know I have read about his elsewhere on the forum, but now that I am looking for it I cannot find it.) Why do I get so many mail delivery error messages, and how should I deal with them? Do I just delete those partners from the page?

On the 1st question, unless they want anything in their link changed, you don't need to generate new pages at that point - you already have them there.

2nd - make sure you look at the email addresses before you send the mails out. Many, many people do NOT have good email addresses in their meta info - which Christine could tell you. I always, when looking at the site, check to see if they have an email address on the links page - and change it to reflect that. If they come back and you want to try to find a new email address, go ahead - otherwise, yep, just remove them and their link.

BTW, I always try to add my links in a timely fashion, but if all I'm doing is removing a few, I sometimes remove them and generate the pages, but wait to upload (in whatever manner) to when I have additions too.
