Check you orders!

Hi folks,

Check your orders from your storefront and don't rely on email. I've been getting orders all day. None have shown up in my email or even from ECI.

For many of my suppliers, today is the last day for UPS ground to ensure Christmas delivery so I'm just having to log in and get them that way.

And, I just put through an order for a customer that took 5 minutes for the Next and Submit buttons to pop up. :?

I've been updating shipping of orders all day, and having to look at older ones from a month ago, each time taking FOREVER to get to the page I needed!

That's why I'm still sitting here at 11:30 and have been here since about 7:00 this morning. It's taking forever just to get an order to open.

And people who are calling on the phone -- this is a nightmare to get an order through. Most of the time I've just had to take down the information and put it directly through ECI.

Never again!

And what does THAT mean?!?!?

If I am still in this business next year, it will be with a host that I can get an order through in less than 5 minutes, that I can get into the back end to change things MOST OF THE TIME, and that I won't have 30 customer calls a day that I have to help because they are unable to get the submit button to pop up no matter how long they wait!

Never again will I ride my bicycle with the front tire flat!
