Hi Folks,

The link below was sent to Christine. I find it interesting because it is definitely a deviation from their usual "disclosures"

It sounds as if was sent to various states to address problems up front rather than wait for a lawsuit to hit them. We really don't know.

What I find MOST interesting is the very bottom line! :?

How come contact info is deleted? I find that very interesting - as the rest is all the same as they always say - but he must not want to actually be contacted!

I just put the link in as it was posted by Christine.....didn't change anything!

I also wonder who the "General" is he's addressing.

And, if you were in his position would YOU want anyone to know how to contact you?

Actually, yes, that's the purpose of the whole thing - that he supposedly is able to be contacted LOLOL Otherwise, there's nothing new in there that I can see. That's why I laughed so hard when I saw the contact info blanked out.

I would have expected it to go to some secretary or admin asst or some such - but yes, to someone.

I knew you didn't change anything Sho - but SOL took that out before sending it -

I believe the General is referring to Attorney General. You can find their propaganda on the imergent website

I think it was omitted for the public version, but probably included in the actual letters that went out. That way not everyone had his contact info, but the recipients would.

I didnt think it was a "public" version that was sent to Christine. And why put it out publicly if there is no longer any contact information - which then negates the customer service they say they are striving for?

It was a link that was sent to Christine, not the actual letter. The link is for the public release, and is a copy of what was sent to officials of the various states with the contact info omitted so the average person or unhappy SOL customer doesn't flood him with calls or emails.

Mark,
I'm sure you're right - but coming from a background where nothing gets released unless it's the full and actual version (for legal purposes) it seems to lose the point of the whole thing to put this out as a link with anything missing.

And what is the purpose of this link then? And who and why was it sent anywhere? Was it supposed to make people feel good that they are claiming they are doing something proactive?
