multiple urls to same website

question for everyone...How can we buy another url and have it go to our storesonline store????
so therefore is it possible to have 2 urls going to the same website
Can we make up a new url that will just go to a particular page on our website?

Yes, you can have several urls go to 1 website. All you need to do is redirect the domain to your store domain. I have done that with one of my sites. Pampered-Dog-Gifts.com and PamperedDogGifts.com both go to my storesonline store.

If you buy at godaddy, you buy the domain, and then you have the options of park.. do nothing, park and redirect, or go straight to a server. In your case you would do the second, park and redirect. Dont know how it works with other nameservers, but as long as you DONT try to cloak or hide the redirection you will be fine.

I registered with GoDaddy- But I do not see the option of "Park and Redirect"- where do I do this?

Well, in looking over my account at go daddy and accessing the HELP PAGE there it looks to me like once you have a domain listed there it is "parked" and what you want to do is set up forwarding. As Karen said do not mask it and it should work fine.

If you click domains, then it has domain forwarding, and there you set it up.
